Pickup Details:

We provide pickups from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pickup time one day before the tour.

Since our drivers cannot cover all locations simultaneously, please contact us up to 3 hours in advance to confirm the exact pickup time for your hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the experience for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded. Any changes within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
