Pickup Details

We provide pickups from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnbs, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pickup time one day prior to the tour.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the experience for a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded. Changes within 24 hours of the start time are not accepted. All times are based on the local time of the experience.
