• The total duration of the tour is an approximate time starting once the pick up at your hotel until your transfer back.
• We have different shared bus schedules for your return to your hotel, it will depend on your package and the time you want to stay with us to enjoy our facilities.

• All participants must sign a disclaimer form before the tour.
• Participants up to 18 years old are eligible to drive the ATVs.
• A valid license must be shown during the check-in process. As a passenger, the minimum height to be part of the activity is 1.30 mts / 4.27 ft. / 51.2 inches.
• For safety reasons, personal belongings such as cameras, cellphones, bags, or similar are not allowed during the activities. Lockers are available for an extra cost.
• Flip flops or sandals are not permitted during the activities.
• Some activities have restrictions based on weight, height, and age of the participants for security reasons.
