Pickup Details

We pick up guests from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pick-up time one day before the tour.

For successful and on-time pick-up, your hotel or accommodation name is crucial. If you're at a vacation rental, inform us to arrange a specific meeting point. Contact us at least 3 hours in advance for the exact pick-up time.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the experience for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded. Changes within 24 hours of the start time are not accepted. Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
