Pickup Details

We pick up in hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnbs, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pick-up time the day before the tour.

Since our drivers can't cover all locations simultaneously, please contact us up to 3 hours in advance for the exact pick-up time.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. Cancelling less than 24 hours before the start time will result in no refund. Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
