Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the experience for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded, and any changes within this timeframe will not be accepted. The cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
