Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the experience to receive a full refund. To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience start time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice before the experience start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Changes made less than 24 hours before the experience start time will not be accepted. Deadline times are based on the local time of the experience.
