Pickup Details

We provide pickups from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pickup time one day before the tour.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. To receive a full refund, ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded. Any changes within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted. Please note that cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
