Pickup Details

We pick up in hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation to ensure a successful and on-time pickup. You will receive the exact pickup time the day before the tour.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded. Changes made within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted.
