Pickup Details:

We provide pickups from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnbs, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of the hotel where you are staying. You will receive the exact pickup time the day before the tour.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. To receive a full refund, ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded. Any changes within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted. The cutoff times are based on the local time of the experience.
