Pickup Details

We pick up guests from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnbs, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pick-up time one day before the tour.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. Changes made within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
