Pickup Details

We pick up guests from various locations, including hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation for a successful pickup. You will receive the exact pickup time one day before the tour.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. To receive a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded, and changes within 24 hours of the start time are not accepted.
