Pickup Details:

We pick up in hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnbs, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pickup time one day before the tour.

Since our drivers can't cover all locations simultaneously, please contact us up to 3 hours in advance for the exact pickup time.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. No changes will be accepted within 24 hours of the experience's start time. Cut-off times are based on the local experience time.
