Pickup Details:

We pick up in hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of the hotel you are staying in. You will receive the exact pick-up time the day before the tour.

Your hotel or accommodation name is crucial for a successful and on-time pick-up. If you are staying at a vacation rental, please inform us so we can set up a specific meeting point for you. Since our drivers can't cover all locations simultaneously, please contact us up to 3 hours in advance for the exact pick-up time.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.
