Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, the refund will not be issued. Changes made within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted. Please note that cutoff times are based on the local time of the experience.
