Pickup Details

We pick up in hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pickup time the day before the tour.

Your accommodation name is crucial for a successful and on-time pickup. If you're staying at a vacation rental, please inform us so we can arrange a specific meeting point for you. Since our drivers can't cover all locations simultaneously, please contact us up to 3 hours in advance for the exact pickup time.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
