Pickup Details
We pick up guests from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb accommodations, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pickup time one day before the tour.
Your accommodation name is crucial for a successful and on-time pickup. If you're staying at a vacation rental, please inform us so we can set up a specific meeting point for you. Since our drivers can't cover all locations simultaneously, please contact us up to 3 hours in advance for the exact pickup time.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded. Changes within 24 hours of the start time are not accepted. Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
