Pickup Details:

We pick up guests from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pick-up time one day before the tour.

Your hotel or accommodation name is vital for a successful pick-up. If you're staying at a vacation rental, inform us to arrange a meeting point. Please contact us up to 3 hours in advance for the exact pick-up time.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded. Changes made within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted.
