Pickup Details

We pick up guests from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide your hotel or accommodation name for a successful and on-time pickup. Exact pickup times will be communicated the day before the tour. If you're staying at a vacation rental, inform us to set up a specific meeting point.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded. Contact us up to 3 hours in advance for exact pickup times.
