Pickup Details

We pick up in hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please state the name of the hotel you're staying in. You will be informed of the exact pickup time the day before the tour.

Your hotel or accommodation name is crucial for a successful and on-time pickup. If you're staying at a vacation rental, please inform us so we can set up a specific meeting point for you. Since our drivers can't cover all locations simultaneously, we ask you to contact us up to 3 hours in advance regarding the exact pickup time for your hotel.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
