Your hotel or accommodation name is crucial for a successful and on-time pickup. If you're staying at a vacation rental, please inform us to set up a specific meeting point. Contact us at least 3 hours in advance for the exact pickup time.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience, no refund will be issued. Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.
