Pickup Details:

We provide pickups from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pickup time one day before the tour.

Since our drivers cannot cover all locations simultaneously, please contact us up to 3 hours in advance for the exact pickup time.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time will not be refunded. Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted. The cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
