Pickup Details

We provide pickups from hotel lobbies, apartments, Airbnb, villas, and condos. Please provide the name of your accommodation. You will receive the exact pick-up time one day prior to the tour.

For successful and timely pick-up, your hotel or accommodation name is essential. If you are staying at a vacation rental, kindly inform us to arrange a specific meeting point for you. As our drivers cannot cover all locations simultaneously, please contact us up to 3 hours in advance for the exact pick-up time of your hotel.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of the start time will result in no refund. Changes made less than 24 hours before the experience will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
